Balance Wellbeing Services offers practical, person-centred support to help individuals improve their emotional, mental, and everyday wellbeing. Based in Farnborough, Camberley, Surrey, we provide 1-to-1 wellbeing sessions, anger-management coaching, coping-strategy coaching, and life-admin support — helping people manage stress, anxiety, relationships, PTSD, addictions, and the pressures of daily life.
Our approach is friendly, confidential, and flexible, with support available in person, online (via Zoom or Google Meet), and across Farnborough and Basingstoke. Every session is tailored to your needs, focusing on practical steps, personal growth, and building confidence. Join our fortnightly Walk & Talk Wellbeing Group designed to support your mental health in a relaxed, natural setting.
Starting Saturday 25th April at 11am, these gentle group walks will take place every other Saturday at Southwood Country Park, Farnborough.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or just need some time to clear your mind, this is a safe, supportive space to walk, talk (as much or as little as you like), and connect with others.
